Using the URLconf defined in ZemanTircheh.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:

  1. admin/
  2. [name='home_page']
  3. blog/ [name='blog_list']
  4. blog/<blog_id>/<blog_title>/ [name='blog_detail']
  5. blog/<category_name>/ [name='search_blog_by_category']
  6. projects/ [name='project_list']
  7. project/<project_id>/<project_title>/ [name='project_detail']
  8. about-us/ [name='about_us']
  9. contact-us/ [name='contact_us']
  10. ckeditor/
  11. ^static/(?P<path>.*)$
  12. ^media/(?P<path>.*)$

The current path, %25D8%25AA%25DB%258C%25D8%25B1%25DA%2586%25D9%2587-%25DA%25A9%25D8%25B1%25D9%2588%25D9%2585%25DB%258C%25D8%25AA-%25D9%25BE%25D8%25A7%25D8%25B4%25D9%2586%25D9%2587-%25D8%25A8%25D8%25AA%25D9%2586/, didn’t match any of these.

You’re seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page.
